About Natalie McCarson

I have devoted my career working for a family owned real estate investment company.  I was consistently immeshed in many aspects of real estate, including management of over 150 residential units, and several commercial.  This involved lease and contract negotiations, dealing with conflict, learning how to accommodate prospective tenants and buyers while still accomplishing the best outcome for my employer.  I was given the opportunity to work closely and professionally with all members in real estate transactions, from owners, sellers, buyers, agents, banks, appraisers, inspectors to contractors. In doing so, I formulated the ability to learn real estate from these various sides of the business. This I believe has awarded me a vast knowledge and ability to work in the field.

After 26 years, my employer made the decision to retire and move out of state.  It was a challenging transition for me, having grown into my real estate career.  I briefly thought about what, if any, other career could be possible for me.  It did not take long to reach my conclusion.  I was meant to be in real estate.  I love dealing with properties.  I am passionate about dealing with people and bringing all sides together to make positive transactions happen for all parties.  

I am always anticipating my next transaction, meeting my next client, seeing the joy I bring to a seller when I facilitate a sale or the buyer that finds their new home. I am thrilled to be working at Signature, a company that holds the highest standards.
